Freedom Journal, managed by Dreamxl Collective, offers a no BS return policy only.  Refunds will not be processed without receival of goods back to our department, in the same condition to which it was received and will not be processed after 30 days of order date.

Management and facilitation of this return is solely the obligation of the customer.

 

Once received at our department, a refund will be issued in your name back to the payment facilitator on file.

Payment types will not be switched or substituted, or submitted to any other name than original customer for any reason.

If for any reason your order was damaged in delivery, you can contact us with pictures to receive a brand new copy on us, without having to send your order back.  We want to ensure every customer has a great experience and would not demand returns for damaged goods.

 

Any other reason for return will be handled by case thru our contact form or direct email.
